This site belongs to High Definition Leadership, the trading name of Geulah Ltd (company number 12746214). If you have a question about your information, email tom@highdefinitionleadership.com.

The short version

There are no tracking or advertising cookies, no sign-up and no forms. The site doesn't collect your name or email unless you choose to email me.

Anonymous usage counts

The site counts things like page views, uses of the AI Opportunity Finder, PDF saves and clicks on the contact links. These counts carry no identifier and can't be linked to you. When you finish the tool, the sector, organisation size and priority you chose are counted the same way, so I can see what kinds of organisations find it useful.

The AI Opportunity Finder

• Your answers are scored in your browser.
• When you ask for results, your ten multiple-choice answers and the scores are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which writes the plan. Nothing that identifies you is included, and the tool accepts no free text.
• Your answers aren't stored with anything that identifies you, and the plan isn't kept once it has been sent to your browser.
• To stop abuse, the tool uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is using it, and keeps a keyed hash of your IP address for up to two hours to limit how often plans can be requested. The raw IP address isn't stored.

If you email me

I use what you send to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. It stays in my email account and isn't shared or used for marketing lists.

Who provides the services

The site runs on Cloudflare. AI plans are written by Anthropic. Email is hosted by HostPapa. Each processes data on my behalf under its own terms.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete information I hold about you, or object to how it's used. Email me and I'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
