Our Psychometric profiling provides a shared language for leadership behaviour, communication styles, and relational dynamics. Particularly useful in environments where people have never been given permission to talk about how leadership feels, not just what it delivers.

This Session will help you reflect on your sense of making a meaningful contribution and the extent to which you are using your five keys in daily life. Once you have completed Activate, you will be ready for the next step: creating a plan to unlock your full potential in the areas of life that matter most to you!

This isn’t about lowering the bar for leadership; it’s about raising the ceiling.

MULTIPLY

In this step, you are invited to create your Leadership Plan; your personal roadmap for change. This is perhaps the most important part of the programme, as your plan will help turn your insights into practical action. This is where true leadership and fulfilment are unlocked in your life.

Tom Lawrence

Tom’s career has centred around providing mission-critical advice to C-Suite Executives; impacting their personal and professional lives.

Following nearly a decade in wealth and investment management, Tom was the Finance and Operations Director for a retail start-up.

For the last 6 years, he has been advising Private Equity funds and Board Chairs on their leadership strategy and Executive development.

William Thompson

William’s ‘why’ is to see people thrive: helping people to understand themselves better, learn how to see others better, and experience synergy as we work together better.

William improves team output though improving communication and trust, which he has been doing in different ways since 1999, but most recently since launching ‘I Am About You’ in 2014.

William has delivered training days, courses and executive coaching with companies such as Sony, IQVIA, Firesprite, LFC, and Stewardship.
